Jim Sherris was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. Jim Sherris received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. He also received a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida College of Architecture.
